We recently moved into a new house, so we bought some new furniture. We had used our sofa for over 15 years, so we replaced it with a new one. We got rid of the old sofa. We took a look at the items at a furniture store, and bought a new sofa. We had it delivered on the day of the move. We positioned it in the living room. We also made up our minds to get a new bed. We considered a few products, and chose one at a reasonable price.

촤근에 새집으로 이사를 하면서 가구를 몇 개 새로 구매했다. 소파를 15년 넘게 사용해서 새것으로 교체했다. 사용하던 소파는 내다 버렸다. 가구점에 가서 제품들을 보고, 새 소파를 구매했다. 그리고 이사 당일에 배송되게 해서 거실에 배치했다. 침대도 새로 사기로 마음먹었다. 몇 가지 제품을 고민하다가 적절한 가격대의 침대를 골랐다.

A while ago, we decided to move our bed to rearrange the furniture. However, a joint fell apart and the bed was damaged. One of the bed's legs kept wiggling around, and it made a noise whenever we got into bed. We had to hire a professional to fix it, Another time, a wheel on a chair acted up. Using the chair was uncomfortable, so we had to dispose of it. Once, I spilled a drink on the sofa. I mopped it up in a flash, but there was a stain on the sofa.

얼마 전에 가구의 배치를 바꾸기 위해 침대를 옮기기로 했다. 그런데, 이음새 부분이 분리되면서 침대가 파손되었다. 침대 다리 중에 하나가 자꾸 움직여서, 침대 위에 올라가면 소리가 났다. 전문가를 불러서 수리를 받아야 했다. 또 한번은 의자에 달린 바퀴가 고장이 났다. 의자를 사용하기가 불편해서 결국 내다 버려야만 했다. 또 한번은 소파에 음료를 엎질렀다. 재빠르게 닦아 냈는데도 소파에 얼룩이 남았다.

A: I don't mind. I think having a good mattress is really important.

B: I agree. Ever since we got that bed, I've always slept really well.

A: 침대 어디서 샀는지 알려 줄 수 있어? 우리도 새로 사야 해서.

B: 그럼, 알려 줄 수 있지. 하지만 미리 말해 주는데, 비용이 만만치 않을 거야.
